Good food and very interesting concept: no cluttery 😂
One of the Best for fast food in Pisa. The chicken is delicious!
It's on the outskirts, easy to get to and with ample parking. There is also an external veranda with outdoor but sheltered tables.
Large internal space divided into two large rooms, one also with a mezzanine where there are some tables in a very pleasant elevated position since the ceiling is very high.
Very warm and welcoming modern rustic style furnishings with industrial elements that do not clash at all. It is not a "trattoria" but has its own characteristic style.
Plate or sandwich menu, generous portions and very tasty and well cooked food. Few dishes but excellent, they also have some desserts. A special feature is the corn on the cob with butter.
We had chicken with potatoes and vegetables, cheese cake dessert and chocolate salami, all positive.
Friendly, dynamic and informal staff in line with the tone of the place.
Prices appropriate to the very good quality, don't expect either fast food or gourmet.

I don't particularly like cockerel but for those who enjoy it it is truly the right choice. It is cooked very well and tastes great. The menu also offers burgers and mixed platters. Very generous portions and great price. There are no cutlery and you eat everything with your hands. The desserts are also very good.
I returned after a few months and it was a pleasant reconfirmation of everything I had written the first time. Plus, now I say that the cockerel is really delicious. I really appreciated. Well done.👏
